The TruLaser Weld 5000 is a turnkey system for automated laser welding.Flexibility to weld tight, deep seams or aesthetically rounded and smooth seams within the same system.The features are as follows:
★ Freedom of process switching: Embedded Thru-Fast process library, parameters are called up and ready to use, from deep fusion welding to heat conduction welding, just one key to switch, and can suppress spatter.
★ Personalized loading: two-axis transposition machine is suitable for the processing of most workpieces.Horizontal turning and indexing machine is suitable for large boxes, long shafts, and multiple sets of workpieces to be clamped at one time.
